Top Real Estate Group (TREG) participates in the Real Estate Opportunities Exhibit, which is organized by Oruma Exhibitions Company in the Regency Hotel Al-Bedaa during the period from January 8 to 11.  TREG will offer a large portfolio of distinct real estate projects in several countries including UK, Turkey, Canada and Dubai. Mohamed Farghaly, TREG Executive manager said that the Group is keen to make its participation in this Exhibition unique and effective. We aim at attracting a segment of investors to acquire and invest in offered projects, in particular after the continuing successes achieved by the Group over the recent years in local and GCC markets where it could attract a large number of investors. In addition, these exhibitions are particularly important in opening up new investment channels and attracting new customers and investors for the projects offered by the Group.

Farghaly added that the projects offered by TREG comprise apartments, which ready for immediate handover or still under construction in several areas of UK, notably London, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. Further, there are projects in Turkey located in Istanbul and Bodrum and Kusadasi as well as apartments in various locations in Toronto downtown, Canada.

During this exhibition, TREG has been keen to allocate a separate booth for the Sparkle Towers project, located in Dubai Marina. The construction of this project is set to be completed in the third quarter of this year. Farghaly stated that the projects offered by TREG are characterized by their strategic prime locations as well as competitive prices and flexible payment modes, which would be up to 48 months in certain projects.

Farghaly stressed that TREG is a leading real estate marketing company in Kuwait. The Group provides consulting and marketing studies as well as direct marketing of real estate projects for several real estate companies offering a variety of projects in GCC, UK and other world regions.
