S&C  and TREG, aim is to provide you as the landlord, with a premium letting and management service for your Turkey property. How we work

S&C  is a company that was founded out of a need in the market for a company that communicates to clients and genuinely takes the hassle away from the landlord, rather than just collecting rent and problem reporting. Of course problems are going to arise, but you want to be presented a solution of which we supply a minimum of two when making clients aware of issues. We also monitor properties constantly and report to clients so that many potential problems can be averted before they escalate.

We know that many of our clients just dont have the time to organise a refurbishment/redress a house, so we provide a service to handle all of this organising of quotes, picking furniture, oversee the works and any repairs.
